Amaeze Madukah MSc (RNutr), PhD (c.)

Amaeze is a Registered Nutritionist, consultant and PhD scholar in Cultural Psychology in Health.

Prior to this, Amaeze spent 6 years in global product innovation, development and qualitative consumer research. She worked as an NPD and experience consultant at Procter and Gamble before moving on to work as a project manager for several global projects, working with brands including Nestle, Tesco, Unilever and Mars.

It was here that Amaeze reaffirmed her passion in nutrition and received a MSc in Clinical Nutrition with distinction. 

Amaeze is also a trustee at the Association for Nutrition and has a passion for inclusive healthcare. She encourages people to invest in themselves and make self-care and community care a priority in daily life through speaking events, workshops and media.

Melissa Saint Hill MSc, MRes (RNutr)

Melissa is a Functional Project Manager within global clinical research (phase I - IV) across a range of therapeutic areas. Equally, Melissa is also a Registered Nutritionist with a focus on public health, working with various organisations and brands from an editorial, commercial and corporate perspective.

Since reading for her MSc in Nutritional Sciences (distinction) from the University of Nottingham, Melissa has worked extensively within diabetes research, both in clinic and also for an MRes (Imperial College). Whilst working directly within the community, Melissa realised the critical need for diversification of nutrition communication to benefit people from all walks of life.

Melissa has a great passion to educate the general public about healthy eating and self-advocacy. You’ll regularly find Melissa teaching people how to cook various cultural healthy meals with zero compromise on flavour.

Ashleigh Simpson BA, MSc (ANutr)

Ashleigh is a Child health practitioner and Registered Associate Nutritionist. Working for a local authority Ashleigh contributes to the Healthy Child Programme, which includes, encouraging behavior change, access to public health nutrition messages and hearing, and vision screening for reception children.

Her extensive experience working with children and families in education, local authority and the NHS sought her being immersed in community work, project planning, and facilitating workshops with multiple agencies. It was her experience in an NHS health visiting team, that Ashleigh combined her first degree in Early Childhood Studies and sought to develop her passion for Infant and Child Nutrition in Public health by going to complete her masters.

Alongside this Ashleigh commits to encouraging healthy lifestyles for all families, that is suitable and inclusive to them and has supported brands and community organisations to do so.
